The Wisdom Years
The Wisdom Years is a Documentary produced by The United Nations University in collaboration with the World Health Organisation. My work in this project started designing the Logo of the movie who try to reflect the retro-modern character of the movie. Later I designed the DVD package, the one page flyer and finally the On-line Learning website.

My work in this project started designing the Logo of the movie who try to reflect the retro-modern character of the stories. Later I designed the DVD package, the one page flyer and finally the on-line learning website.
The Wisdom Years was the first time I worked with the directors Citt Williams and Kaori Brand. The photos for the package and the website were shooted by Ryo Murakami a talented Japanese cinematographer who worked on many documentaries of the United Nations University until he unfortunately passed away on June 2013.
The original Logo of the movie was designed on the Neutra typeface, but finally to reduce the cost of the movie we decided to changed for Futura. Here you can see both examples with Futura and Neutra.
The Website component of the Movie-Project went deep into the case studies showing succesful cases of how can we elder wise.
At the same time I worked on the graphic design elements of the movie I composed with my bother Daniel the music soundtrack of it, who indeed was the first time I composed a soundtrack.
Finally I have to say, The Wisdom Years was a very inspirational movie who changed my life in the way of how I see myself in the future and became part of my life from now and on.
